Users may make deposits and withdrawals using the available payment methods, including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and mobile credit top-ups, subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each method.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are determined by the chosen payment method and are subject to change at any time in accordance with platform policy. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or payment account details they provide belong to them personally and not to a third party, in order to avoid transaction rejections or account freezes.

In the event of account closure initiated by the platform due to a serious violation, any remaining balance in the account may be frozen for the duration of the investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through the available customer support channels. Before closure, users are advised to ensure there is no active balance or outstanding bets remaining, so that the closure process can proceed smoothly without the risk of financial disputes.
Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactive account policy in accordance with applicable terms, including possible account closure with prior notice sent to the user's registered email address.
